  • Please note that cancellation is not possible once the product is being prepared.

Return and Refund Information

  • Return shipping fees vary depending on the address of the order.
    The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer, and the final refund will be processed after deducting any additional customs duties or taxes incurred.
  • Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in offline stores.
  • Return Procedure
    • You must arrange the return shipment at your own discretion (return shipping fee to be paid by the customer).

    • Please return the product in its original condition (including the box and all components) as received.
        *For products with multiple components, all components must be returned to process the return/refund.
    • Once the product arrives at the return address and is inspected, the cancellation or refund will be processed within 3-7 business days to your payment method.
  • Reasons for Return Denial
      Returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer under the following conditions:
    • 1. If the product value has decreased due to use or consumption (stains, contamination, etc.).
    • 2. If the original packaging of the product is damaged or missing (tags, boxes, product cases, etc.).
        (Both the price tag and care tag must be attached for the return to be processed.)
    • 3. If the product is custom-made according to the customer’s order.
    • 4. If a different product than the one applied for return is sent back (including product options, quantity, etc.).
    • 5. If the reason for withdrawal of subscription falls under the restrictions specified by the ‘Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce’.
    • 6. If the free gift provided with the event is used, lost, or damaged.
    • 7. If the product is returned without prior return request registration.

  • 품질 보증기간은 구입일로부터 1년입니다.
    • 제조자 과실(봉제, 원단, 부자재)로 발생된 불량일 경우 고객께서 제조사에 보상(무료수선, 교환, 환불)을 청구할 수 있는 기간을 의미합니다.
    • 제조자 과실 불량 상품으로 판정된 상품의 경우 보상은 구입가격을 기준으로 하며, 보상 순서는 회복 가능한 경우에는 수선해드리며, 회복이 불가능할 경우에는 동일 제품 또는 동종 제품으로 교환해드립니다.
    • 품질보증기간 경과 후에는 재정경제원에서 고시한 피해 보상기준에 준하여 감가하여 보상해 드립니다.
