Shipping Information:
- For international shipping, the shipping cost varies based on the product weight (including packaging) and destination.
- Please note that delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after your order is placed, but it may take longer due to the nature of international shipping.
- Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Once your order status changes to "Preparing for Shipment," cancellations will no longer be possible.
Customs and Duties:
- All import duties and taxes are included in the final price. However, a remote area surcharge may apply depending on the delivery location.
- If the recipient refuses to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea, and any related expenses (round-trip shipping, customs fees, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
- Please note that the shipping cost associated with returns is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. Any additional costs, such as taxes and duties incurred when the products are returned to Korea, will be deducted from the refund amount.
- In the case of international shipping, it differs depending on the type of product, weight (including box weight), and quantity.
- Please note that the delivery date of this product may take 5 ~ 10 business days after your order and it may take more time due to the nature of international shipping.
- Since it proceeds to delivery immediately after payment, if you want to exchange or cancel before delivery, please contact the seller.
